All acupuncture treatments are done in comfortable recliners in the main treatment room. There are 9 chairs total. Treatments range from 45-60 mins once we insert needles, after a short (3-4 min) consultation. We do not offer lifestyle counselling, dietary advice or bodywork during these treatments, though occasionally your practitioner will offer gua sha while in the chair for targeted issues. We are a “health-at-every-size” clinic which means we’ll never use the BMI as an indicator of health.

Every treatment is tailored specifically for you, and we rely heavily on both frequency and consistency of treatments to work on specific issues, and general health. Your practitioner will offer a individualized treatment plan that usually looks like 8-10 treatments weekly, or more frequently if symptoms are more severe or acute. We are a high volume community clinic, and have extensive experience treating a wide range of health issues. We do not offer tongue and pulse diagnostics, as our practitioners focus on Meridian Acupuncture which has wider diagnostic tools. Tongue and pulse are used primarily for herbal recommendations which we mostly do not offer as part of our practice. Please reach out with any questions!

We look forward to meeting you!
